5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are generally responsible for timely decision-making, internal approvals, stakeholder coordination, access to required systems or information, lawful operation of their own environments, user training support where agreed, and maintaining the infrastructure, device, network, site, policy, notice, and consent conditions needed for the intended deployment or service outcome.
6. Accounts, Logins, and Access Control
Where a Septarian-delivered or supported solution includes user accounts, login credentials, admin access, device enrollment, or terminal-level operation, the customer is responsible for controlling authorized users, safeguarding credentials, applying internal access policies, and reporting suspected misuse or compromise promptly.
7. Configuration, Integration, and Third-Party Dependency
Service performance, output quality, and implementation success may depend on customer configuration choices, third-party platforms, APIs, hardware, mobile devices, terminals, cameras, networks, connectivity quality, cloud environments, licensing status, existing database quality, payroll rules, attendance rules, GPS behavior, reporting inputs, or external infrastructure outside Septarian's control.
8. Reporting, Attendance, Payroll, and Operational Output
Where Septarian provides systems that generate attendance records, biometric-related logs, payroll-ready outputs, dashboards, reports, alerts, monitoring views, or workflow metrics, those outputs may still require customer review, validation, approval logic, policy alignment, and proper configuration. Septarian does not represent that every output is automatically final, regulator-ready, payroll-authoritative, or free from dependency on customer-controlled settings and data quality.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the website content, Septarian branding, general materials, methodologies, templates, and pre-existing know-how remain the property of Septarian or its licensors. Project-specific ownership, license rights, source-code treatment, reusable components, and deliverable rights are governed by the applicable written commercial agreement.
10. Acceptable Use
