This website is provided by Septarian Sdn Bhd for general information, B2B service positioning, enquiry handling, and business communication purposes. By using the website, the visitor agrees to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the site, its systems, or its legitimate business use.
Browsing this website, submitting a contact enquiry, requesting a demo, requesting a proposal, or discussing a project does not by itself create an automatic purchase, subscription, managed service, implementation, or support contract. Binding commercial obligations arise only through separate written agreements, accepted quotations, statements of work, master service agreements, support terms, or other approved commercial documentation.
Septarian operates in a business-to-business context. Services may include consulting, software development, implementation, subscriptions, integrations, hosting-related arrangements, support, system modernization, attendance platforms, monitoring platforms, cloud work, cyber-related support, and operational technology services. The exact scope, service levels, responsibilities, and deliverables are governed by separate written agreements.
Demos, proposals, concept notes, quotations, indicative pricing, implementation timelines, and preliminary scoping materials are provided for discussion and evaluation purposes unless expressly stated otherwise. They may be subject to revision based on scope clarification, customer requirements, infrastructure constraints, dependencies, compliance needs, third-party licensing, integration complexity, and project governance decisions.
Customers are generally responsible for timely decision-making, internal approvals, stakeholder coordination, access to required systems or information, lawful operation of their own environments, user training support where agreed, and maintaining the infrastructure, device, network, site, policy, notice, and consent conditions needed for the intended deployment or service outcome.
Where a Septarian-delivered or supported solution includes user accounts, login credentials, admin access, device enrollment, or terminal-level operation, the customer is responsible for controlling authorized users, safeguarding credentials, applying internal access policies, and reporting suspected misuse or compromise promptly.
Service performance, output quality, and implementation success may depend on customer configuration choices, third-party platforms, APIs, hardware, mobile devices, terminals, cameras, networks, connectivity quality, cloud environments, licensing status, existing database quality, payroll rules, attendance rules, GPS behavior, reporting inputs, or external infrastructure outside Septarian's control.
Where Septarian provides systems that generate attendance records, biometric-related logs, payroll-ready outputs, dashboards, reports, alerts, monitoring views, or workflow metrics, those outputs may still require customer review, validation, approval logic, policy alignment, and proper configuration. Septarian does not represent that every output is automatically final, regulator-ready, payroll-authoritative, or free from dependency on customer-controlled settings and data quality.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the website content, Septarian branding, general materials, methodologies, templates, and pre-existing know-how remain the property of Septarian or its licensors. Project-specific ownership, license rights, source-code treatment, reusable components, and deliverable rights are governed by the applicable written commercial agreement.
Users must not attempt to disrupt the website, introduce malicious code, scrape protected information improperly, impersonate another person or organization, misuse contact forms, or use the website in a way that may damage Septarian, its systems, or other users.
The website may reference third-party links, tools, platforms, or technologies for informational purposes. Septarian is not responsible for third-party websites, content, policies, platform availability, or independent contractual terms imposed by those parties.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Septarian is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, business interruption, lost-profit, lost-data, or reputational losses arising from website use, preliminary business discussions, or customer reliance on general website content outside a specific written agreement. Any implementation, support, service-level, security, data-handling, uptime, or liability allocation matters are governed by the relevant written contract.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise for a particular engagement.
For questions about these Terms & Conditions, visitors may contact Septarian through let-us-know@septarian.com or through the contact page on this website.
